1

Is your body in balance?

The muscle imbalance analysis provides information about the strength ratio of two opposite muscles. It can be the base for specific compensatory exercises and prevent pain and injuries.

In this example, the back muscles are too strong compared to the muscles of the abdomen and thus should be trained more intensely. All other muscle pairs are striking a healthy balance.
2

Are you working out correctly?

The training efficiency analysis assesses if you are working out in the right intensity range. This way you can better control your training and increase the training efficiency.

The green line indicates an efficient workout: the muscular strength decreases constantly because of the physical fatigue during the exercise. The red line shows an inefficient workout, the initial weight was too low: the muscular strength was not exploited completely.
